Administrative/Customer Care Assistant

Dublin, Ireland • 2 year Contract


We are an established, Irish-based company that provides supply chain management services to our customers. We are looking for a Administrative/Customer care Assistant with a strong work ethic to join our team.

Celtrino build and provide hosted IT software services to customers.
Celtrino’s IT services enable our customers to connect and trade with customers over the internet through the exchange of electronic business messages (e.g. orders, invoices, etc.) and through online collaboration via our supply chain services portals.
Our Customer Care team provide the first line of contact and support for services to our customers.
Putting our customers at the heart of everything we do is one of Celtrino’s core values.


  • Represent Celtrino as the first point of contact with our customers in relation to service queries, requests and issues
  • Gain an understanding of the business purpose and value of the range of services that Celtrino provide to our customers
  • Accurately listen to, record and maintain call and work related information in our CRM and other associated business support systems as required
  • Look for opportunities to grow the contribution made by this role to the business 

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent English (written and verbal)
  • Eligible for long term, full-time work in Ireland
  • Good working knowledge of Windows and Office
  • Good ability to work as part of a team
  • Interest in latest software development trends
  • Proactive team player with excellent customer facing & overall communication skills
  • Punctual and reliable 

Desirable Skills (not essential):

  • Basic understanding of online services concepts (e.g. how online portals are delivered via the internet)
  • Evidence or aptitude for problem solving and taking ownership of issues with determination to follow things through
  • Basic experience in using Microsoft CRM application 

The ideal candidate:

    • Minimum: Leaving certificate
    • 1 year experience in a similar role
